I would be interested to hear from other readers in this situation, especially those who have figured out solutions. PayPal works in just about every country (and doesn’t require a credit card). Although Amazon doesn’t officially accept PayPal, I believe there are workarounds, though I have not tried them.
Update: I just googled this and found several ways to access Amazon without a credit card are described here and here. Hope this helps.
Workaround for European customers: go to amazon.co.uk instead of amazon.com. There your debit card of your bank (maestro) will work, it won’t work at amazon.com. I’m from Belgium, I tried to buy the e-book but it’s for UK customers only. I can only buy it in paperback, which is a lot more expensive due to shipping.
If you’re after the ebook, did you try the pdf option? That didn’t work?
The pdf option does work with paypal ! I didn’t see that option. Thx.

While reading that post, I can see that you talk about different things such as number of publications, comments, scripture verses that you’ve covered, and so forth. You don’t mention how much traffic that you’re getting after that 5 years.

I see this number 3,541,513 from the blog stats. This is the number of page views that your site has gotten from its inception. I usually see gotquestions.org which is a very authoritative website publishes on a monthly basis how much traffic they get. My conclusion is that this ministry is really having a huge impact on many people.
